THE PERFORMANCE ACT
Every community is different. Every programme we build is shaped around your people, your environment, and the goals that matter most.
We don’t sell pre-made programmes. Every piece of work we do begins with your people, your environment, and the challenges you’re actually facing. Whether you’re an individual athlete looking for 1:1 support or a national organisation building a multi-year strategy, the starting point is the same — understanding who you are and what matters to you.
Our programmes are co-designed with you, not delivered to you. You are part of every decision, because ownership drives engagement. And every programme includes access to GROW, our digital learning platform, so the work continues long after we leave the room.
Individual athletes, coaches, or parents who want focused support. Sessions are shaped around personal goals and context — from ongoing 1:1 work to short-term support through a specific challenge.
Workshop series and programmes designed for teams, squads, or club environments. We work with coaches, athletes, and whānau together — building shared language, stronger culture, and practical tools the whole group can use.
Comprehensive programmes for schools, sporting organisations, or regional bodies. We integrate across multiple levels — coaching staff, athletes, leadership, and support networks — to create lasting, systemic change.
Interactive workshops and 1:1 sessions building psychological skills for performance and life. We cover focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and navigating pressure — tailored to the sport, the level, and the person.
Looks like: 4–6 week workshop series + individual follow-ups
Helping coaches understand the psychology of their environment. We build skills in communication, emotional awareness, creating safe learning spaces, and managing the pressures of coaching itself.
Looks like: Staff professional development days, seasonal coaching workshops
Helping parents and whānau understand their role in the sporting experience. We address sideline dynamics, parent-child relationships in sport, and how to be a positive influence without adding pressure.
Looks like: Evening parent workshops, pre-season whānau sessions
Accessible online sessions designed for groups who can’t attend in person. Topics range from mental skills and coaching psychology to team culture and dealing with pressure.
Looks like: 3-part online series, accessible on-demand through GROW
A structured multi-session programme focused on understanding, preparing for, and performing under pressure. Draws on the latest research in performance psychology and applies across sport and life.
Looks like: 4-session workshop block with GROW follow-up resources
Have a specific need? We love building something new. Tell us about your community and we’ll design a programme together.
We start with a no-pressure kōrero to understand your community, your goals, and what support might look like.
We spend time understanding your environment — the people, the culture, the challenges. This might involve conversations with coaches, athletes, or leadership.
We co-design a programme shaped around your specific needs. You’re involved in every decision — because ownership means engagement.
We deliver the programme and set up your GROW platform access so content reinforcement continues outside our face-to-face sessions.
We check in, reflect honestly, and adapt. Programmes evolve as your community grows.
Every programme begins with a conversation. Tell us about your community and we’ll find the right fit together.
