SUPPORT / PATH 01
One-to-one work with the people at the heart of sport. Athletes, coaches, and parents, supported in a way that fits their world.
Individual work with us starts with listening. We take time to understand what you’re navigating, what matters to you, and where you want to grow. From there, we tailor the support to fit your sport, your stage, and your life.
From emerging talent to established professionals, we work alongside athletes to strengthen the mental side of performance and protect wellbeing along the way.
Sessions can be in person across Aotearoa or online, and are designed to fit training, study, or work commitments.
Coaching is relational work. We help coaches build the self-awareness, communication, and confidence to get the best from their people, without losing themselves along the way.
A note on coach conversations
Some coaches also come to us specifically to strengthen their conversations with athletes. We offer individual coaching grounded in Motivational Interviewing (MI), an evidence-based way of working that helps coaches have more effective, values-led conversations: the kind that draw out motivation, deepen trust, and support real behaviour change.
Parents and whānau often carry a lot of the invisible load in youth and developing sport. We offer a calm, practical space to talk things through and find the role that works for you and your child.
Parent sessions can be one-off or ongoing, and can include both parents or whānau members where helpful.
Send us a message through the contact form. Tell us a little about where you’re at and what you’re hoping for.
We arrange a short, no-pressure chat to make sure we’re the right fit and to shape what ongoing support could look like.
We agree on a way of working that suits you. Sessions are flexible, confidential, and built around your goals.
Whether you’re an athlete, coach, or parent, the first step is the same. A short kōrero to see if we’re a good fit.
